Chambrel at Pinecastle Memory Care Facility project is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of SE 24th Road and SE 16th Avenue in the City of Ocala, FL, Section 28, Township 15 S and Range 22 E. The existing 14.02-acres site consists of an adult care facility with paved parking lot, sidewalks, shuffle board court, swimming pool, and a stormwater management pond. The purpose of this project is to construct a single story 19,452-sf (footprint at roofline) memory care facility within a portion of the site’s existing open space.
