The proposed Clermont Retirement Residence project is an institutional project located in Section 5, Township 23S and Range 26E. More specifically, the project is located approximately 2,000 feet south of the intersection of US 27 and Hammock Ridge Rd in the City of Clermont, Florida.
The proposed development consists of a 124 unit Retirement facility and associated potable water and sanitary sewer utility systems. The Clermont Retirement Residence project is located within the City of Clermont Wastewater Utility District. The proposed development will connect to the City of Wildwood’s proposed wastewater infrastructure via a forcemain extension to the existing lift station located at the intersection of Hammock Ridge Rd and Roper Blvd. The Clermont Retirement Residence project is located within the Utilities Inc. of Florida Water Utility District. The proposed development will have two connection points to the existing water utilities.
