The Brow Wood project is a 51 lot single family residential subdivision located northwest of the intersection of SR 157 and Co. Hwy 246 in unincorporated Dade County, Georgia. The scope of the project included lot layout and grading, internal roadway design, turn lane improvements, master stormwater conveyance system and management facilities, drinking water distribution system, and domestic sewer collection system design. Responsibilities included project management and construction plan design and permitting with Dade County, Georgia EPD, and GDOT.
